Terms of service
These terms explain what buyers and sellers agree to when trading on Gameoro.
1. Using Gameoro
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to trade on Gameoro. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
2. Listings
Sellers must own the accounts they list and describe them accurately, including rank, region, platform and any restrictions. Listings may be reviewed, edited or removed if they are misleading, duplicated or breach a game publisher's rules.
3. Escrow and payments
Buyer payments are held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery or after the protection window closes without a dispute. Gameoro charges a commission on completed sales, shown before you list.
4. Delivery
Sellers must deliver credentials through Gameoro only. Sharing details outside the platform voids protection for both sides.
5. Disputes and refunds
Buyers may open a dispute within the protection window. Both parties can submit evidence. Gameoro's decision on refunds, partial refunds or release of funds is final.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen accounts, harassment, or attempts to move transactions off-platform. Breaches can result in suspension, withheld balances and permanent bans.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
