How Gameoro collects, uses and protects your information.
What we collect
Your email address, username and profile details, the listings and orders you create, messages sent through the platform, and basic technical data such as device and log information.
Account credentials
Credentials that sellers upload for delivery are encrypted before storage and are only released to the buyer of that specific order. Support staff access them only when investigating a dispute.
How we use data
To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, processing payments and payouts, preventing fraud, resolving disputes and sending order notifications.
Sharing
We share data with payment providers and infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Order and financial records are kept as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Delivered credentials are purged after the protection and dispute window closes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact support from your dashboard.
